Association of Young Natural Scientists of Mongolia

First of all, in behalf of all young scientists and researchers I would like to express my thanks to you for your cooperation and support of our association. Young Natural scientists’ Association conducts its activities with the purpose of developing science in Mongolia, introducing new technologies in practice, promoting young scientists and researchers and increasing their roles and responsibilities for the development of our country.

We believe that our cooperation would expand and be more fruitful in the future.

Brief history

Young Natural Scientists’ Association of Mongolia was founded on the 17th of March 2004 after it had received its official certificate and stamp from the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs. The president of the association was S.Demberel from 2004 until 2007 and is now B.Avid since 2007. B.Amarsanaa worked as an executive director from 2004 until 2005, Ts.Ganzorig from 2005 until 2007 and L.Enkhsukh is working since 2008 until now. The association organizes research conference “Khurel Togoot” every year among young scientists working in the field of chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics and astronomy and the best two researchers are nominated for the grant of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.

Activities:

Promote research works of young scientists and researchers and organize international and national meetings, conferences, workshops and seminars

Promote and support the Association members when studying and working abroad for the development of their professional knowledge

Propose and implement joint national and international projects in cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations and find financial, professional and informational support and investments

Establish regional branches of the association and provide them with necessary support and organization

Give the best member researchers the prize of the association and nominate them for the governmental and other organizational prizes
